If I could give zero stars I would. This food made me sick! It had me running to the restroom all day and i even threw up. Lasted a day. Then a week later I got sick again for a week. I only ate the first day of food and then asked for my money back and had to return the remaining food to Walmart. It came frozen but I am not sure if maybe somewhere along the line it defrosted and got contaminated. As a result not only did I get sick but so did my whole family, I have three kids who got sick. I will not purchase this again. I guess they did come through on the weight loss portion. I lost 6 lbs from being sick. I still can't eat and my dr had to prescribe antibiotics.

product came nicely packed. The only instructions were to download the app for info. It was convenient and easy to keep on track. Frozen food was much better than the shelf stable ones. some of them came out of the microwave like rubber, especially the ravioli and omelet. After 5 days only lost 1 pound, was hoping for at least 2. Don't think I will reorder soon, but hope to continue with with grocery store food using the smaller portions.

Very very VERY disappointed I have to install an app to get diet planning information. Nice variety of snacks and breakfast items. Lunches and dinners are ok too. But you definitely need the addition of fruits, vegetables, and milk and syrup for the waffles and pancakes. It came in a box in a cooler. The dry ice was gone (We are in a heat wave) but the food was very much frozen. It took nowhere near as much freezer space as I had expected it would. I doubt I will be purchasing a second box for day numbers 6-n.of my diet.

Delivery was always on time as promised (except for one time when weather was really bad, and even then it was only a day later). Food is delicious and as long as you don't cheat with extra snacks beyond what you get in the box, we lost weight each week. with two weeks of this frozen food diet we lost about 5 pounds.

I've done Nutrisystem in the past, but was worried about flavor and variety. I decided on the Frozen foods, because I figured it would taste great, and I was right! Everything in this pack is amazing, and I noticed a huge difference in just the first week. I decided to order again because it makes my mornings so much easier.
