Spenco Rx Comfort Thin Lightweight Cushioning Orthotic Shoe Insole, Women's 3-4.5

I use these insoles underneath my orthotics, after removing the insole/liner that comes with the shoes. These Spenco insoles lie flat under my orthotics and provide some nice cushioning under the front part of my feet, since the orthotics don't extend beyond the arches of my feet.

I have been wearing the Spenco - RX Comfort Insoles for at least 30 years. I am a retired teacher and standing on concrete floors most of my career, I have been grateful for these insoles. They are thin enough to wear in all my shoes yet provide maximum comfort to my feet. Thanks Spenco!

I have used Spenco flat insoles for years. They are extremely durable and keep friction to an absolute minimum. So many insoles that come on shoes are terrible. The support they promise breaks down on about two weeks. While these do not have an arch, most people don't need the flimsy inserts that come on shoes.

I have Morton's neuroma which causes pain in the ball of my foot. For walking I use the Spenco Crosstrainer insole. However, when playing my piano which has very stiff pedals, I use construction boots with a hard sole and a Comfort Insole underneath a Spenco Crosstrainer(double insoles). This provides an ultrasoft surface for my feet even though my boots have super hard soles so that they are not indented by the piano pedal. This works great but you must make sure you have enough vertical room in your shoe. I bought a "wide" size shoe which had a taller toe box/upper. Another option would be to buy the next higher shoe size. I tried the double insole for fit before I bought the shoe. This insole is flat so it fit well underneath the Spenco Crosstrainer which has an arch support. This insole is excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Wow this inner soul is the absolute best! I have been wearing it under the shoes original insole for decades! Every new pair of shoes I get I put the Spenco RX soles in them to add cushioning and comfort! These are the absolute best and I do not own a pair of shoes without them! On a sidenote… Every pair of tennis shoes and Pickleball shoes I have have the Spenco RX in them for added cushioning. Love them!
