TRESEMME

I have been using the Tresemme Flawless curls finishing spray for years and years. I recently ordered 2 more bottles and I noticed they changed the name to hair spray instead of finishing spray. Let me tell you this product is garbage now. It makes my hair lay flat, gives it a dull finish, and doesn't hold my curls. I am so upset and disappointed.Why do companies always feel they need to ruin a good thing? The old formula was perfect. Why go and ruin it? Plus the smell is sickenly sweet now. I hate it. Now I don't know what I am going to do. This was the only product I had found that holds my curls and makes them bouncy. Please bring the old formulation back. From the other reviews I have read it is obvious you made a huge mistake in changing this product. You are losing lots of customers with this change.

I used Tresemme Flawless Curls Curl Locking Finishing Spray for years, and absolutely loved it. I hate this new formula...why did you change it? Doesn't hold my hair at all like the one I loved. Bought three bottles, and took them all back. Bring back the old formula please, or else I'm done with Tresemme. Very disappointed!

I used to live this product as it was inexpensive and it was silicone free. Now it contains silicones and it does not work. Please go back to the original formula.

I have used yhis product for years, and it was perfect. It has apparently been reformulated, and not for the better. The smell is awful, cloyingly sweet, and stays with you all day. This product used to leave my hair shiny, curly and with great volume, and now it leaves it frizzy, flat dull & dry looking. Was there a purpose to that? Were customers asking for flat, dull hair? Or did you just decide to cut corners, and make a crappy product? Why not leave a perfectly good product alone, and make a different product for those customers. Now I have to go find another product, which is usually an expensive, frustrating process. Thanks a lot.

I do not understand why companies have to make changes to products that are doing what they are designed to do? I have used the "Flawless Curls" finishing spray since 2005 and it is the ONLY product that worked for my hair! I bought the new version and like another reviewer stated the strong fragrance is an issue. I suffer migraines and the smell lingers all day...I too will be searching for another product, you've lost a long term customer. :(
