Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Face Lotion 3 oz (Pack of 3)

I've used this lotion for years, and have always loved it so much. It smelled incredible, was moisturizing, and left me feeling hydrated. But, recently the product received a change in recipe which has honestly tanked my opinion. The original is a five star product easily. This new one thought I would give zero if I could. It smells like chemicals, the consistency is that of a thick serum, and it made me break out heavily when I tried to give it a chance. I used it for a few days and have never had acne as bad as I did then. Whatever they changed, was horrible. Please bring back the original lotion. Inconvenient bottle and all. I'd rather that versus a lotion that I can't use anymore

this daily face moisturizer makes my skin feel very dry, its really heavy for a face lotion, and it also burns my face. i do not recommend anyone purchase this product. i decided to try it because i had the daily overnight face oil in the same fragrance, and it works great but not this.

I have sensitive skin so i was a little hesitant about trying something new for my face. My skin has been extremely dry and nothing was working so i decided to give this a try. After 2 days my skin soft well moisturized with out looking greasy. I will be using this from now on. Its great for my sensitive skin! Smells good too!

This moisturizer is great and I love the fact that it has coconut oil which is soooo good for... well everything. However I agree with one other user on her two dislikes as they are also mine; the smell is a turnoff and not near coconut, and the pump gives too little product and it took a while (meaning like at least a couple minutes) for me to actually get any product to squirt out. I would've given 5 stars if not for those two things. Otherwise I enjoy it! I'm not sure if I will purchase again and this is solely bcs of the fragrance... I'm not sure yet if I can tolerate it for another bottle when I run out. Maybe shea moisture can leave it as is and not add a "fragrance" or "parfum" or at least make it an actual coconut one if they do.

Love the lotion! Lightweight, non greasy and hydrating. Love that there are no chemicals and parabens. However, I cannot get the lotion out of the pump. It squirts a little but no where near enough. I always have to unscrew the top and squeeze it out. Also the smell is great but a little overpowering. Please work on the improving the pump and lowering the amount of fragrance, otherwise this is winner!!!
