the product I bought works every well I use Remington for all my shavers
very good features, charges quickly and easy to clean.
I don't know who this product is meant for, but men with thick beard hair, stay away. all it does is tug and pull hairs out, the blade can barely cut away at them. tossed it after a few tries
Even though the shaver is new and the blades should be sharp the shaver misses alot of whiskers. The barber trimmer doesn't shave very well either.
The microscreen and holder fell off after a few days and would not stay on. I smacked it on the counter out of frustration and the cutters and springs flew off. An utterly worthless product.
