5.5 Cu. ft Chest Freezer

Multiple dents and Dings on freezer, though none puncturing through. This clearly accorded BEFORE packing because box it was packed in had no dings or tears. Works fine so far. Too much of a hassle to load back up and return. And freezer is in my cellar. If I was going to have it in my kitchen, Id certainly return it.

Arrived quickly but dented on every side, including the corners. Two dents on one side like many others so it seems to be a thing they're doing when packaging. But UPS delivery is a mistake for items over 100lbs. Wish I could say that I recommended the item. It might be great. But I'm returning it because I'm not paying for damaged products.

I purchased this product 2 weeks ago as a replacement for my 10 year old Danby that died while I was away. New one is a bigger size, hope it will last another 10 years. 1 corner had a small dent, was not worth to complain, probably damaged in transport. Came sooner than expected.

We have only had the freezer a few weeks. It's running well, it does gurgle so I don't believe we'd ever keep it where we could hear it from our bedroom. My Hubs has to keep ice packs cold for joints and some physical issues, so it is opened often. So far it has not affected the temp. It was dropped off in front of our home and we easily carried it down stairs and indoors. We are well pleased!

Our old Danby died exactly 2 yrs after purchase. One of the wire was burning and kept giving off burning smell for days so decided to pull the plug. Hoping this one will last little longer. Good item for price, does it's job and haven't had any issues so far (a month).
