the VR Bundle was a Christmas gift for my son. After paying so much for the game it was very disappointing to find out thet online game certificate had expired in Oct of 23
The free Ironman game code was expired. I gave it to my grandson as soon as I got it from FedEx. I talked to PlayStation and they said they can't do anything I would have to send it all back. I can't take away his Christmas present
the downloadable game i bought with the VR was not able to download like someone stole the code and put it back in the box
Great customer service! Was accidentally sent an expired code for the Iron Man game. They responded very quickly and will be refunding me $40 so we can purchase the game. The VR itself is wonderful and the whole family has had fun using it!
bought this for someone's Christmas. Purchased on Nov.6, 2023. To play the game you have to enter a code which expired October 1st. Game is useless without code. Very disappointed when it was opened and can't be played
