I have used a variety of products over the years, and dealt with the "too thin", "too thick", "too goopy", etcetera products. To be fair, different applications require different products, especially in older vehicles needing to be brought back from years of abuse. With that said, I use this product on newer classics - my M5. M Roadster, and even my Infinity QX50 (okay - not so classic). It goes on lightly and smoothly, and will soak into the leather, allowing an additional coating if required. It keeps the leather supple, and does not leave a greasy film … or any film for that matter. Simply buff with a micro-fiber cloth when you are done.

My wife's Cadillac has a light colored leather interior which the seat easily get a nice blue hoe to it from wearing jeans in the car. I'm talking jeans that are a few years old and have been washed many times. I try to use household cleaners such as 409 and fantastic and it didn't even try to take the blue out. I used this bottle of 303 leather cleaner and protector and Walla! The blue stuff came right out of the seat leather.
