Chemical Guy BUFX3035 5.5 ft. Freshner MicroFiber Pad, Black

These microfibers pads absolutely provide a better cut than an aggressive foam pad. Using this with a Flex VRG XC3401, and a 5.5" backing plate. Can be remove 2500 grit sanding scratches with ease, even with the machine only at the 4.5 setting.

Put it in orbital. Easy. Low to medium speed. Really did the trick in conjunction with several other of the products to deal with areas that need buffing.

I have a 2012 VW GTI. Without knowing anything about detailing I decided to "Buff" my car's paint with my brother in law using his rotary polisher, a wool pad and a heavy cutting compound. The next day in the sun revealed a ton of holograms and swirls. After doing my homework, I found out I have pretty hard clear coat and paint and to get the holograms out would require an aggressive pad. I used the TorqX polisher with the orange microfiber cutting pad with V32 to get the holograms out followed by V36 on a white pad to bring up the shine. I was extremely happy with the results. The pictures say it all.

I use this pad for my final wax or sealer buffing. It brings the shine to the max and works smooth and effertless. I use this pad on my rotory machine at 1000 rpm. Excellent product.

I am very happy with these pads. Well made, the backing is sturdy and they cut 3000 grit sanding finishes to a great shine if you use Menzerna 400 polish. A great combination. Won't go wrong with these pads.
