XO Vision GX-2148 9" Overhead Monitor with Built-in DVD Player, USB and SD Card Inputs and FM Transmitter

I purchased this dvd player with expedited shipping. When It arrived I took it to the shop to be installed and it never worked. It was very thin and smaller that what it appears on website. I returned it to a local walmart and got my refund. All of it except my expedited shipping fee of $14.00 dollars.

I purchased this dvd player for my two children for travels over the holidays. I thought it sounded like a great value. However, often you get what you pay for. I had the first monitor professionally installed b/c I didn't want to have any problems and wanted it done right. Well, it lasted the 7 hours on the trip, then quit working. It would not read any disk. Tried every kind of troubleshooting possible. No luck. So, walmart sent me a replacement one. This time, my husband uninstalled the old and installed our second one. It is working so far, but I'm not keeping my fingers crossed. I did buy the extended protection plan for this product and I am happy that I did. If the monitor fails this time, I'm going somewhere else and a different brand. My remotes did not work with either dvd player.

Bought for my daughter, recieved proptly, and installed a few days afterci recieved it.. Took a few hrs to install.. Spent more time chasing down the corrct length rca.. Bought as bundle with IR headphones.. Stated that it had an IR transmitter when ordered.. Not true.. Can bearly hear in fm tranmitter with stero is turned all the way up.. Works ok.. Keeps daughter entertained, not the wife, she wants to hear the radio and its tied up with the dvd and she is tired of little einsteins.. been reading about life use issues, nothing wrong yet.. Been looking on the walmart website for this product and its no longer availible, found thru history search..

The price is great and it worked great for about 2 weeks. Now I have a DVD player installed in my new vehicle that only works about 1/3 of the time. Not even sure what I am going to do about it. I would recomend spending the money and getting a more expensive one.

I bought this for my 2 year old son and he loves it. When I travel all I do is pop in a dvd and go. It was fairly easy to install, although I didn't install it personally, I was there while it was installed. All thats needed is a little common sense and patience.
