Schumacher Electric, XP2260, 12-Volt 1200-Peak Amp Portable Power Station

absolutely love this product, I purchased this because my car seems to be draining for unknown reason. You cant beat the price and the features. Starts the car up no problem and the battery lasts very long. Gone are the days of looking for a boost. I also use it to pump up basketballs and car tires.

Bought this unit mainly for the inverter. The add said it was a 400 watt inverter but when I got it the manual said that it was really only rated for 200 watts. It would not run my Laptop or a fluorescent 50 watt lamp. would run led lamps but would trip the circuit at 35 watts. Returned the unit an got a refund.

I'm pleased with the unit and its features, except for one. The air compressor hose has a threaded fitting at the end of it. I haven't seen a threaded end (that has to be screwed and unscrewed off of the valve stem while losing air) in decades. Seems like a newer/better style fitting could've been used without costing too much. Even the really cheap ones have a slip-over fitting that's tightened by a 90-degree lever. It's functional, just not convenient.

This unit powered the LED lights on our display table for 8 hours (2) 10 watt LED fixtures, which allowed customers to see the pens I make in a "whole new light"! We were in a tent on an overcast day and I was skeptical that this unit would last this long. It did....... in fact, my wife charged her phone a couple times in addition to the lights. I'm glad I bought this Schumacher power unit.

The first unit I bought did not charge, took it back to Lowes and got another unit. This one works for jump starting the van and I can use it to run my cpap machine! I turned off the humidifier on the cpap and the power station hardly uses much so I can use it 3 nights then need recharge which can take 2 days if really low! This unit saved me when out camping and van battery went dead!
