My nerf bars arrived with shipping damage and as a result the mounting hardware was not in the carton. I was not at home at the time of delivery so I was unable to decline delivery. I called customer service and they immediately processed a replacement order and they did the paperwork for the pickup and return for the carrier. The carrier came the next day to pick up the return package. I got the replacement product quickly and it was undamaged and complete. I installed the nerf bars on the day that a received them. They fit my truck perfectly and took only 2 hours to install them. They look great and I'm very happy with them. I would definitely recommend the product and will definitely order from RealTruck again.

The product looks awesome. Customer service was very helpful to be sure i ordered the correct item due to a variance in the names of truck models. They made it very easy to return the package. Thank you, Real truck. My husband was pleased with his Christmas gift.

We have been very happy with the running boards. Having a spouse with disabilities these Nerf Bars product makes his life much easier. Also having read a review stating that a customer had order the wrong size and returning the bars wasn't a problem. I felt confident in ordering. Of course, I ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it for the size I needed. True, to the review. No problems getting the exchange made at no additional cost. Thank you so much..B

Installation instructions are bad. They could be written and illustrated much better. I did not receive the right bolts and needed to use my inventory to complete the installation. The bolts provided to install to the body of the truck were not the correct size. Instructions stated you may need to drill the hole bigger to instal. Once that is done the hole is to big for the bolts provided. It made no sense. If it was not for my personal inventory of bolts nuts and washers this installation would have been a disaster. I was very frustrated during the installation. Bars look ok and quality seems fine. Just beware that installation instructions are poor and make sure you have the right bolts before you start. Otherwise you will be frustrated!

Be ready for a long day. Installation Sucks, the directions are terrible and the parts aren't labeled well...if at all. If you can get past all that your good to go. the installed product looks and works good. I put them on a 2013 Dodge Durango and they look great.
