Sauder 3-Shelf Oak Finish Bookcase

This product is great considering the price. It is great if used for light storage like children's toys or books. We however had trouble because the shelves were damaged upon delivery so we had to return the shelves until we got one that was fully intacted.

the overall product works very well as planned. In fact i will be ordering more next week. The only problem is the first step in putting it together,. You need to have a flexible screw driver because you are expected to screw in at a 90 degree angle.I have never heard of such a thing ,it was a bit uncomfortable putting the screw on. But it fits well and looks great.

This product is very sturdy for a put it together yourself shelf. The only problems I found is that there is a board at the bottom that is not cut right and will not fit. I had to throw it out and now toys get stuck under it. Also while assembling some of the other pieces I had to hammer them in to make them fit. The appearance if very nice though and it is a heavy shelf.

I purchased two for our boys' room (2- and 3- years old). The boys love them and I don't have to worry they're going to knock it down onto themselves. They were quick and easy to put together. This weekend I'm going to be getting another one for their closet and two in black for my closet.

I'm not entirely satisfied with this product; it's a bit shorter than I expected and the shelves (even if adjusted) are too deep and spaced too close together. If you put small stuff on the shelves, like books or DVDs, you'll have to bend over or lie down on the floor in order to see them. But other than that, it's a great value for the price: very sturdy, laughably easy to assemble, and looks decent enough.
