Mainstays 5-shelf Bookcase Black

I love these bookcases! They are not only sturdy and roomy, but also very easy to assemble. You will want to anchor them to the wall though. They have made it so simple for my son to keep his room clean (he has 5 in his room). I bought several (clear/different sizes) plastic bins to store individual toy sets (ie, Legos, Lincoln Logs, dinosaurs, etc.) which fit on the shelves quite nicely. This makes it so easy for my son to pick up after playing. Also, with the adjustable shelves, we can easily store different size books, puzzles, art supplies, etc. We've had a couple of the bookcases for probably 4-5 years and they still look almost new. I highly recommend these bookcases to anyone.

The only complaint I have with this product is that it seems a little wobbly! But other than that, it looks great. I'm actually using it to store all my DVD's and VHS's. It looks great and holds a ton of things. The shelves are nice and deep so that I can actually fit two rows of movies on each shelf. I would recommendthis product, although don't expect it to be a long lasting extrememly sturdy piece of furniture. but its a great value for the price paid.

I bought this product for my bedroom. The assembly was extremely easy and it seems to be pretty sturdy on my carpet. I would definately recommend this to a friend.

great value! i usually cannot put ANYTHING together, and i put this together myself in about 25 minutes, without breaking it! i was so amazed how nice it actually was once i got it finished! i got this to help organize my sons toys but considered keeping it for myself! i may just go back to get more!

I've had this thing for just a few months. When I put it together I noticed it didn't seem so sturdy, but I was just putting light things on it so it didn't really matter at the time. Well the thing decided it wanted to buckle in half, so now I have no shelf, and there's pieces of fake wood everywhere. I honestly got what I paid for. And technically if was pretty expensive if you think of what I paid vs how long I had it.
