We love the tv stand. We put it together (two of us) in about 3 hours and didn't have any trouble. One of the plexiglass doors was scratched; we called the number on the manual and they are sending us a new door. No questions asked. Very pleased.

I liked every thing about the product except, it came with one main leg broken, and the middle leg missing, and it took almost two weeks for me to receive the replacements, and finish putting it together

This is one of the few items that I have ever purchased that is an absolutely OUTSTANDING value for the price. My wife and I love the unit and also the fact that it is, or at least appears to be, real wood over the inevitable particle-board/plywood construction - not the wood-grained paper that I loathe. The piece was received in excellent condition and the parts were numbered to facilitiate construction. The piece looks like it was purchased from a furniture store and cost twice as much as it did. The quality control and packing were superb.

I wasn't looking for a console since I've always had an entertainment center, but those have gotten very expensive since the last piece I purchased 10 years ago. This piece caught my eye and based on the cost, style and reviews, I figured this would give me what I wanted without having to spend an arm and a leg. USE TWO PEOPLE to build this after step 1 & 2. I'm single and endured much frustration since I didn't have enough hands. The first time I tried it, I cracked the two side pieces (too much instability and the cam screws cracked the corners). Customer service was WONDERFUL - sent me two new pieces at no cost - just took a bit more time to get it together. It's very solid and sturdy and I was quite impressed with the quality. It's now built and sitting in my living room with my new TV on the top and it's exactly what I wanted. Now if I can just the rest of my stereo equipment re-installed ...

The tv stand is a great product for the price and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it. The only complaint I have is that one of the pieces came damaged, but we had no problem getting a replacement from the company in a timely fashion.
