South Shore Holland Full/Queen Headboard (54''/60''), Chocolate

Extremely disappointed. I received it broken. One of the main upper parts (F2) is broken in half. I can't return it because it is too heavy, and I don't have any packaging for it. I don't know what to do with this heavy garbage now. Wastage of money and time!

Assembly directions a little difficult to follow. No verbal instructions, only pictures. Some pictures included sever steps but did not indicate that you needed to do certain steps first. I had to take some things apart and redo. Some of the wooden dowels were loose so I had to wrap them in plastic wrap to keep them from slipping all the way in. Quality was good, Parts were all there. Overall I was happy with the product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The headboard is ok. Putting it together I did use a drill, rubber hammer and screws to assemble the headboard. In the future I will go in person to view a major investment and not rely on on-line shopping.

It's a beautiful headboard . I love the color. It was easy to put together - for the most part . The down part is that you really need a specific type of bed rails to make it fit right. That was not advertised or suggested with this head board. So now the headboard sit on the floor. It's not bad on the floor, but the height isn't where I would like it to be. I would recommend this item IF you get the matching bed rails. The ones that I already have for my bed didn't work.

The Left side piece hole was not cut deep enough (a Manafacter defect) so the screw lock doesn't fit the hole which means the left piece that attaches to the top piece will not lock together. But if this issue had not occurred I would have loved my purchase.
