I ordered Biolage ColorLast Shampoo and Conditioner Duo Set 33.8 oz ea ($64 value) on April 14, 2024, After about 10 days the Conditioner arrived with a note that the shampoo will come in a separate shipment. I never received it so I wrote in about it and received notice it would be shipped again. On 5/3/24 I finally received a shipment but when I opened it only to find a different brand shampoo (Kendra) with a pump top which leaked during shipment. Biolage Shampoo was not listed as out of stock. I would warn anyone against ordering anything from this third party vendor (LUXE BEAUTY). The product I received was not the one I ordered and there was no explanation or apology. They just expected me to accept it and be happy. Well I am not happy.

Half my order is still not here. The seller sent the conditioner with a note saying the rest of my order would arrive soon. It is not here. I have already paid in full and have no way to track the other half of my order. Seems shady. I will say the conditioner is lovely.
