VTech Kidizoom 80-077341 2 Megapixel Compact Camera

This is a great camera for kids!! Indesctructable and loads of fun. Bought it for my 7 yr old grandson who has enjoyed pasting stamps on the pictures and taking videos of his friends acting crazy. He just laughs and laughs. I would definately recommend this product.

The picture quality of this camera is terrible. Even adults, trying to hold as steady as possible cannot take a sharp picture. The kids (ages 3 & 5) enjoy playing with it, but most pictures are just undecipherable blurs. I would not recommend this camera to anyone.

For a kids camera I have no complaints. I was nervous because my son got a fisher price camera for his 2nd birthday and it was beyond horrible. You couldn't even make out the pictures. Some of the reviews for the Kidizoom plus said that the picture quality wasn't great either. After a ton of research I decided the kidizoom was my best chance to take. Well, I am glad I did. The picture quality is great for a 4 year olds camera. I'm not going to rely on his camera for the family portrait, but hey that wasn't my expectations. Also, it is very easy to use for a 4 year old and my son loves the extra's that it comes with. And it has a flash and takes a SD card which is also a plus. I haven't printed pictures out yet, but I think they will be just fine for my sons collection. Overall, It's perfect. Buy this camera if your looking for a good kids camera that meets expectations of a kids camera.

My 3 year old really enjoys taking pictures and video with this camera. The only con to this product is that from the time you push the button to the time it takes the picture is too long. Most of the pictures turn out blurry because my son moves before the picture is complete. Other than that it is a great product with a lot of features.

Great camera for the little ones. I bought it so that my son would stop stealing mine! He LOVES taking pictures. In the first 2 days he took 447 pictures. Granted, all but about 20 were either too blurry or of the floor, but the 20 that were good, were actually very good. (Considering the low mega pixel and the fact that a 3 year old took the pictures.) He has not put it down and is starting to dabble in the videos! I love that you don't have to have an SD card in...one less thing I have to worry about him losing. It saves the pics to the internal memory, plug into the computer and there you have it! I also love how durable it is. He's dropped it numerous times on the floor and sidewalk, and not a single scratch is on it and it hasn't interfered with the camera's ability to take pics.
