Doll House Bookcase W/ Flip Top

The bookshelf is just the right height for my young kids, 4 and 2. The detail on the painting was really well done too. There's a rather loud creak when the top opens and the bottom "door" is a little stiff on opening but I'm guessing this will go away with time and use. We've been very pleased so far.

Bought this for my almost 2 year old daughter. Assembly was fairly straightforward and took only a half-hour to hour - best if have an electric screwdriver. Only quibble is the directions were vague on the proper orientation of the shelves during initial assembly, but it became clear after a few steps. My wife thought it looked very nice with the pink and purple color scheme, painted sides and clever lifiting top and bottom door. My daughter was also very happy with it and likes to peek through the windows. The pieces are well made, the painting is nice, and the assembled product is quite stable. And the price at Walmart beat the other usual places.

I got this for our 6 year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it! She can use her little people furniture or even Barbie stuff. Though she prefers the little people, she has more of it! The directions were not the best, but it wasn't a big issue. I'm glad we got this, it has been played with a lot already and it will make a neat bookcase when she is done playing with it!

This was a gift from Santa to my three year old daughter. It was extremely easy to put together. All pieces and hardware were boldly labeled and it also came with well written instructions. It took less than an hour for two adults to construct. Our daughter loves her house for her books as she calls it. It is the perfect addition to her girlie room. We are so pleased to have purchased this product and only wish we had done so sooner!

This bookcase is worth the money. Paint job is very cute and detailed. The dividers are nice so books are not falling over. The flip top is cute and my daughter loves to hide stuff in it. Only drawback is putting it together. As in other reviews it is easy to put it together wrong and have to back track. There were bad words coming from the garage as my husband put it together. But the end result was worth it, to me at least.
