I bought this bike for my fiance and upon opening the box there were multiple problems with the bike. First, the front tire was defective due to a bulge in the tire. I tried to remove the tire and put it back on the bike thinking that maybe it was knocked off during shipment, but that did not fix the problem. The second issue was with the chain. After a ride of no more than 50 feet my fiance went to switch gears and the chain immediately popped off. I fixed the chain and it repeatedly fell off when shifting gears no matter how much adjustment was done. This bike was inexpensive so I can't really say I should have expected a whole lot more, but at this point the bike is going to go back to the store and I'll be getting a different model.

As my title is called "Shifters is the main problem to this bike" you guys can probably guess what I dislike mostly about this bike. Being that this is the first bike I ever bought from walmart.com and have already read the reviews, I was prepared to get exactly what I paid and no more. I love the 97 cent shipping and came in 3-4 days cross country so for the amount and time, shipping was good. As for packing is minimal and just enough protection to keep the bike in the box with lots of bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the bike. There was a tiny 1 inch dent/paint that has fallen off but other than that the packing is decent. Now onto the bike, so this is my second bike coming from a smaller mountain bike costing twice-triple the amount of this road bike. I got it mainly cause I do more road biking and I needed the lightness to get myself going. I say building the bike is pretty average and is the first time ever building, but the tuning can be a bit annoying unless taken to a professional. The handlebars feel nice, but the seat is narrow and can be uncomfortable to sit during long rides. Major issues lie upon the shimano shifters and can be difficult to adjust the derailleurs to be a perfect fit. also the derailleurs tend to grind when the chain is more diagonal and not aligned straight. These were all done with the help of my dad, but with a professional it could possibly be adjusted better, but this was the best we could do. After adjusting, basically my bike shift gears without having the chain fall off, but depending on which gear I'm on for the front and rear, little adjustments may need to be made on the handlebar shifters themselves to prevent chain grinding noise. Other than that, I love the frame color as it fits my helmet colors. I do plan on buying water bottle holders to mount to the bike as they do not come with them, and I can mount 2 as long as they do not touch, but usually 1 is enough.

Putting this product together was impossible. Parts came disassembled, and the instruction manual had nothing in it to help with assembly, primarily connecting the handle bars to the base. I took it back and got a refund.

There are much better products out there than this bike for the price. The was extremely uncomfortable, the gears took much too long to shift and height adjustment is insignificant.
