[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice hard point for engraving. Works really well! Works well with metals as I am primarily a metal sculptor, so it's necessary to get those details a softer tip would normally break or miss. Try it if it's your thing!

I bout this a few days ago for my son to make some custom pulling trucks for his 4H display, he was trying to cut a place in the hood for an engine to stick out, he got maybe 1/2 through the cut and the bit had no more cutting teeth on it.We had high hopes for it but it turned out to be a waste of money.

Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review. Dremel 9901HP Tungsten Carbide High Performance Carving Bit worked great with the router attachment cutting rabbits in red oak. Clean, smooth and fuzz free cuts, work great. Tried using it free hand on a piece of sheet metal to deburr the edge. Worked great and is still sharp so far. I plan on using this bit for many more projects.
