Intellishred SB-89Ci Jam Proof Shredder

Recieved my refurbished unit well packaged, like new condition. Have not stressed it with heavy stacks, or long runs. But it runs quietly, and performs as expected. Due to the safety feature, you do havce to insert the paper a bit farther before it activates compared to my older machine. not much of an inconvenience.

We do quite a bit of shredding in our office and are on our third shredder in four years. After using this one for a month now, I can already see hugh differences in the quality of its construction. This one can shred up to 16 pages at a time and seems to do with ease. It is quite and runs smoothly. We are very happy and will definately purchase Fellows again in the future!

I purchased this shredder to replace an 5+ year old shredder that was giving me problems. My old shredder filled the bin quickly (strips) and this shredder is much more efficient with the cross cut shredding. I am very pleased. I place a small waste basket in the bin so regular sized trash bags can be used.

I have to tackle a large shredding job at home and I needed a shredder. So, I looked around the office to see what brand we used and discovered Fellowes was it. I did my research and homework and came up with the 89ci and am very happy with it. It was delivered within 3 days and in tact. The only thing is though it says it is quiet running, it is not that quiet! But is was definitely a wise choice.

like many others - I had purchased a house brand shredder from retail office store and was very disappointed. Loud, easily jammed, and eventually burned out. My new Fellowes SB-89 Ci does all that it advertised. Great ease of use, quiet, safe and powerful with no jamming. Thank you Fellowes.
