cheap cable busted the built in charging port. now it doesnt hold the cable properly. useless for a wired connection.
I thought that this product was sold as new and expected it to be so. When I received it the package had been opened and the product was dirty. Disappointing.
serves its purpose and is easy to use. I like that it can be used on windows with xbox games on pc or with the xbox one.
