Overall it's a good controller. Out of the box the left thumb stick unscrews and rubs up against the casing. I have screw it down multiple times during every game session.

Great discounted price. Quality product and feels better than standard controller. Love the interchangeable joystick buttons and the case has a charge port with wireless charger inside. Highly recommend.

The extra sticks, D pad, and paddle were not in the box. I had this shipped to me, but now I have to go to a Walmart to return it. I thought it was a brand new controller so how is it missing half of the pieces that were supposed to be in the box?

It runs good for about a month then I noticed stick drift and non response from the 3.5MM headphone port so if your reading this XBOX please make more durable audio ports

I've waited patiently for years to purchase a Series Elite controller. My gameplay has improved 100%, now not allowing me to keep my thumbs off the sticks, rotating maps, and engaged in gameplay throughout the environment. Pvp, and pve. The controller is responsive and brand new with no issues. There is a warranty through Microsoft for issues you may encounter. Overall 10/10.
