Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Controller, Phantom White Special Edition, WL3-00120

The extra sticks, D pad, and paddle were not in the box. I had this shipped to me, but now I have to go to a Walmart to return it. I thought it was a brand new controller so how is it missing half of the pieces that were supposed to be in the box?

unfortunately the controller has a stick drift and whomever delivered it destroyed the box it came in. Thos was my first unpleasant experience with Walmart delivery.

It runs good for about a month then I noticed stick drift and non response from the 3.5MM headphone port so if your reading this XBOX please make more durable audio ports

I've waited patiently for years to purchase a Series Elite controller. My gameplay has improved 100%, now not allowing me to keep my thumbs off the sticks, rotating maps, and engaged in gameplay throughout the environment. Pvp, and pve. The controller is responsive and brand new with no issues. There is a warranty through Microsoft for issues you may encounter. Overall 10/10.

Love the feel of controller, expensive but well worth it if you're a gamer, get at least a 2 year warranty and and a good silicone cover to protect the controller from drops, I made a mistake and did not buy a cover for it, just one drop on a hard wood floor and it can easily break hence the warranty and a good cover for it
