WEN 40V Max Lithium Ion 16-Inch Brushless Cordless Chainsaw with 4Ah Battery and Charger

Great chainsaw. Tires you out before battery runs down. No fuss to cut smaller jobs in dead of winter to bring wood in. Oregon chain and bar are awesome, very sharp, cuts wood with ease like butter.

Used three times so far and worth every penny. Much easier than dealing with gas chainsaws for small clean ups. Battery lasts a good hour or so ranging from small to large pieces cut. Not as lightweight as i thought but not overly heavy (if that makes sense).

i have two other battery operated chainsaws. They were a little more expensive than this one. i have had nothing but problems with them. They leak oil everywhere and they seem to overheat and stop cutting. They run at a higher RPM but they are off a lot. This saw is much slower but it is so reliable. It uses the battery very slowly as well. I tend to think of it as the bulldog. It does not wow one with its speed but it always gets the job done. I bring my other saws out to get me out of a pinch if I get into one but i prefer this saw significantly ahead of the other ones.

Worked well until it quit, past the return window. The Wen warranty requires buyer to pay shipping which may cost more than it's worth. I really like the Oregon chain which sharpens well and holds an edge. I have a large Stihl gas saw, so mostly used the Wen for lighter work. It had plenty of power for smaller cuts. This was my first and probably last Wen product.

Best chainsaw I have ever owned. Have had gas and electric but this is far better. I was not sure about a battery chainsaw but this works great. It is easy to use. The battery lasts a long time and recharges quickly. It is not too heavy. I have cut down trees and limbed trees and cut lots of firewood.
