HP 56 Original Ink Cartridge

Three to five day delivery took five days. That was kinda expected. The cartridge did not work. Followed all the cleaning advice. Did all the steps. Kept getting “ There is a fault with one or more of your cartridges “ error screens. Looking at the cartridge. I noticed that the circuitry was not as, um…substantial as the previous cartridge. Perhaps it was a cost-cutting move in manufacturing. No matter. It didn't work. Sent it back for a replacement. Not expecting anything better, but maybe it was just that particular cartridge. We'll see….

I have really enjoyed the speed of this computer and general use. However, I have noticed occasional slowness because I can not do a direct line hookup with my router. No one told me about this when I ordered the computer and it is definitely a weakness that manifests itself at different times. The upload and download drops significantly on occasion.

At least one of the cartridges seems to lose its contact and the printer gives me an error message. Generally open top and re-install the cartridge. The cartridge works flawlessly once it starts. This is the only time for this to happen on a printer!

Been almost two weeks and still no cartridge. No idea why it would take so long. Used to be next day or two at the most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old HP Printer for which I have to buy two Ink Cartridges, Black and Color. I have NEVER used any other brand of cartridges.......only HP Ink goes into my printer! I can always depend on HP to have the cartridges that I need, even with my printer that is at least ten years old! I have never had one single issue with it and my favorite part is that they continue to provide my ever so dependable HP Ink Cartridges! Thank You, HP, for keeping me going with my printer and cartridges......please keep them available!!!
