Love this stuff! I have replaced it for coffee. My joints and muscles are benefiting from getting good protein every day.
Great taste and blends well either hot or cold and doesn't have that chalky flavor that most proteins have.

I bought it because I can't take Whey Protein, and this is good amount of protein, it is good for my gut, it doesn't get me bloated but I don't like the taste :(
