I use it every evening and I cannot honestly say it is working 100% like I hoped but it works well enough that I want to try it again. I am to old to notice anything in the benefit field. I was just worried about getting more sleep. (or I should say ANY sleep) Thanks

I mix it in hot water till dissolved. Add a 1/2 teaspoon each of vanilla and cinnamon infused maple syrup. Then stir in warm almond milk from my frother. I do this in the evening. This is a part of my bedtime ritual. I seems to help me sleep longer and deeper.

I sleep well, i just need to go to 'bed' earlier than I naturally want. I have no idea if its working, I don't see any signs in my skin nor nails and I have been taking this product for months. I figure more collagen can't hurt.

I love this product. It does what it claims. My nails grow along with my hair and more visible plumpness to skin. Highly recommend. I add the flavored to my unflavored green powder so to get my daily intake all at once. They both mix well together and the taste is refreshingly good.
