Fisher Price New Barbie Jammin Jeep

We bought this for our 20 month old daughter and she absolutly loves it...She drives in circles....she knows when she wants to shift from high to low....somdays she goes fast and some days she just cruises...the weight limit is awesome...130 pounds...My 6 year old son can drive her around and it still goes super fast...It has been so much fun!

Ordered Site to Store, it came in a week early. It was easy to put together and my 3 year old loves it. She loves just sitting in it and listening to the radio. No complaints!! I will be ordering the rubber tire covers to limit the spinning.

The jeep it's self is great. Just what I wanted and expected. The problem is that it has a FM Radio. I bought the jeep because a friends child had one and my daughter loved it. But their's was an older model. So it had recorded song selections and barbies voice which was age perfect. The FM Radio isn't good because on one station it was the gospel and on the next it was Metalica. Not okay. It has preselected stations. And the reception is hit or miss. Really bad idea on the Radio.

My daughter is almost 2 and she drives this like she's been driving cars all of her life! We put her on a display at a local store, and when we realized she could drive it, we picked one up for her 2nd birthday. She's not too good at steering or switching gears yet, but that will come when she's older. (I'm sure that's why it's rated for ages 3 and up!) She's so little she has to stand up to reach the pedal,but again, she's under the age requirement. We have driven it in the culdesac on the paved road, in the garage and in the backyard. Our backyard has a lot of holes (thanks to our lovely dog) and is pretty uneven. The Jeep holds up great to the terrain and she's able to drive around without getting stuck. We've only had the jeep a couple of days, but I know it's going to be a source of fun for many years! Only complaint- I agree with previous reviewers- rubber tires would be really nice!

My children, ages 3 & 6, have been enjoying this Jeep for 2 years now. They ride it throught the yard, field, and street and it has held up very well. When my oldest has friends over, she uses the radio in the Jeep to listen to music while playing outside. The 2 speeds come in handy also. My 3 year old is still learning how to steer it, so we keep it on the slower speed for him. Big sis can use either speed. Purchasing this Jeep was well worth the money!
