Huffy Disney Princess 12" Girls' Bike

Just started putting the bike and I see it's a used bike it has scratches near the seat and this little piece I'm confused on why it's on and why it won't come off

OMG, santa brought this to my little girl. she LOVES it , she is almost 3yrs old an weighs about 27-30lbs. not quite heavey enough to ride on her own. The product its self was super easy to put together an its so cute when its all put together with her baby setting on the back. highly recommend this to anyone looking for first bike.

Horrible service by Walmart! Bought the bike and the tire was off the bead. Returned it and couldn't find anywhere close that had it in stock. No problem we order another one and get it shipped to our house. It was the wrong bike this time. We take it to the store to return bike. They will not price match the 78 we have paid TWO times. They required us to pay the 98 in store even though we have bought it twice and neither one of those purchases were our fault.

The plastic piece in the handle bars to connect it to the forks was to thick and kept getting pushed back up into the shaft and wouldn't allow it to lock into place. I had to file it down several times before it would properly lock. It came with broken plastics from the pick decorations on the frame. Had to bend the holder for the doll carrier to fit. Other than that it seems to be ok. Fingers crossed as I've seen other post of issues.

This bike is perfect for my 4 year old. She is a little tall for it and I expect her to out grow it verry soon, but it is a great beginners bike. WIthin to an hour she was able to ride like she has been doing it her entire life. She loves the styling and the baby cradle for her stuffed puppy dog. overall its a great bike i just wished they made a 14" wgeel version for when she grows a little Child is 40lbs and 3'6" Assembly took me about 30 min but i think you could do it in 15 (I had the help of a toddler)
