Radio Flyer Deluxe Family Wagon

My son absolutely LOVES this wagon! The only real problem with it is one of the circular clip things where the canopy attaches on the wagon was crushed when I took the wagon out of the box, so one of the sides does not fasten correctly. It's slightly annoying because of the cost of the product. You'd expect it to be packaged a little more securely. I love how the one seat can be rearranged for more storage, or you can arrange one seat as a table for snacks or a place to draw. It can also be arranged with the two seats facing each other or both pointing backwards (that's another thing, I wish you could point both seats forward, not back). There are two cup holders outside the wagon by the handle and two more cup holders inside the wagon on the floor. We don't use the cup holders inside the wagon because my son just likes to kick his cup around, getting it dirty. It would have been nice if the cup holders inside the wagon were a little higher up so it wouldn't get kicked around instead. Also, he's not quite long enough to reach down and get his cup either, so we usually just put in it on the table part so he can reach it. The wagon is really easy to put together. Most of it is already assembled when you take it out of the box. You just need to put the wheels and the seat belts on. The seats and handle are already attached.

Bought this as a gift for my grandson. Had no idea there were so many "models" to choose from but I felt this one was the best value. It is adorable and all the kids loved it. BUT... had/have problems with the molded mounts for the canopy. And the wagon is heavy duty plastic so it was frustrating to see such a flaw present, on all three wagons I had to purchase. Yes, I said three. Had to send the first two back, and still on the third, there were two mounts with cracks, but by that time, I gave up and needed the gift for my GS birthday. I have to say, the customer service response was very good. Fairly quick replies and turn around time but I was disappointed that the mounts were obviously not checked before sending out two more wagons when they knew this was the issue. The canopy use will be limited before the mount(s) do break off so I am disappointed. I specifically chose this model because of the canopy so in hind-sight I may have chosen a different model without the canopy or possibly even a different manufacturer. I'm probably rating it higher than it should be but the wagon itself is great. Besides the cracked mounts, it seems durable and survived its first afternoon with 8 kids jumping in and out of it, taking rides over bumpy terrain. It was the hit of the party.

I got this for my five year old and six year old. I realized they're a little big and will not use it for long, but I wanted something that I could pull them in while I walked the trails. I was skeptical to see if this would work well for them and was surprised to see that it does. It's a little expensive considering I won't be taking advantaging of it for long but for those who have younger children I could see this lasting a very good while.

Bought this wagon to use for the zoo & park trips. What I like: Roomy seats & feet areas for BOTH kids. This wagon is big. Seats can be made to be stadium like seating(one behind the other), facing each other, one seat with table, one seat & flat, one seat & cup holders, & completely flat. No matter which way you seat them, you have storage still. Cupholders for parents!!! Yay us! Large handle & locks in upright position(my kids have tripped over or been hit by falling handles I don't know how many times!) and locks flat to wagon for storage. Deep wagon sides. Those kiddos aren't going anywhere! Smart full canopy(have fellow reviewers ever camped before??? Come on, it's like tent poles & nylon ripstop material. Tents are durable & strong in all kinds of weather!) Quiet wheels. Easy to put together. Classic Radio Flyer red styling. Drain holes in flooring. What I don't like: Entry door???? I don't see why since this wagon is so deep like competitor's wagons, that they can't put a door on it. Especially since the canopy makes lifting kids in & out interesting. Honestly, that's it! It's perfect other than my want of a door. I initially bought a Pathfinder wagon but was unimpressed by it. For a few bucks more, I got more flexibility with seating, bigger capacity, parent cupholders, a fold flat handle, and sun protection. Money well spent. My kids love it & so do I.

I purchased two of these wagons for grandkids families. Both families love it. Nice to know it was made in the USA. Seats are deep enough to fit a six year old! They do turn on a dime. And kids are learning to pull in grass. Great for kids and parents!
