Staples, but they rust fast.

Works great. I didn't realize that the package would contain two packages of 75 each but glad they did. I may need more and I recommend these as being very strong.

I thought these were very overpriced for what they are made of, and was my reason for a 2-star rating. I'm not saying Walmart has overpriced them, but they should be cheaper. I used them to hold a soaker hose in place, and also underestimated how many I needed. I would recommend, but not on price.
