Palram - Canopia Snap & Grow 6' x 16 ' Polycarbonate/Aluminum Walk-In Greenhouse – Silver - with 3 Roof Vents

I have been wanting a greenhouse for a while. This one went together pretty easy and faster than expected. It took 6 hours for 2 people and I definitely think you should have at least two people to get this done. It may seem flimsy once all panels are in, be patient because once all parts are properly installed, this is very sturdy. Can't wait to fill it with lots of herbs and flowers.

I have been in the construction business for 40 years. I have a lot of mechanical ability. I found this unit very difficult to assemble. One person cannot assemble the unit by himself. The unit has corners and section that are designed to be pressed together with the use of a hydraulic press. The manufacturer know you don't have such a press so they tell you to just beat it together with a mallet. This so difficult as to be a 10 on the scale of difficulty. There are no directions other than pictures. and some pictures like part 809 you have no idea which side goes up or down.

The greenhouse was a bear to put together due to the instructions being very poor. Had many spare parts and can only hope we did it right... took a day and a half for us to assemble it. We do like the way it looks in our yard. Would recommend it to others with the caution of being ready to tackle a big job of assembly.

CARTONS ARRIVED AND THEN THE FUN BEGAN. FIRST NO ONE PERSON COULD ASSEMBLE THIS GREENHOUSE. SECOND, AT STEP ELEVEN I FOUND A KEY CORNER PIECE WAS BENT AND THE DOOR ARRIVED BROKEN. THIRD. THEY SENT THE REPLACEMENT PIECE BUT NOT THE DOOR. FOURTH AS WE ASSEMBLED THE BALANCE LESS THE DOOR, ONE WINDOW PANE SHORT. STILL WAITING FOR THE DOOR AND WINDOW PANE. ALSO, THERE IS A BASE AND AS ONE OF THE LAST ACTS YOU HAVE TO LIFT THE WHOLE HOUSE UP ONTO THE BASE, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU STARTED AT THE BACK OF THE BOOKLET. SO NEXT WEEK(WEEK FOUR IT MIGHT BE COMPLETED. TWO TALENTED MEN OR WOMEN MIGHT GET IT DONE IN A FEW DAYS. JUST A SHORT NOTE, THE PEOPLE AT HAYNEEDLE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN SUPPORTIVE. I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH HAYNEEDLE BUT PELRAM BUYERS BEWARE.

I found it pretty easy to assemble and the picture directions were ok, but a few more written notes would be more helpful. Will give more info after my first winter use. You need 2 people to put it together to make it much faster. My concern is how much snow and wind it can handle
