Just bought our second tub, first one lasted almost 5 years. I used my tub almost daily for 5 years. Have told many friends about how great a product this is without spending the money for a high priced unit. My wife says I should be a spokesman for Intex & sell & set them up for customers.. the price is great, the set-up you could do blindfolded, the convenience excellent - but they fail within a year - always! because they are so inexpensive I keep buying new ones (in ten years I will have spent less than a "real" hot tub). in every category they are tops - water use, emptying, sturdy & solid, bubbles - but the heater dies (most often problem) or the entire thing shuts down. I've added a pond heater to keep it an extra year - but have the inconvenience of it not be adjustable. and added care. but I keep buying them. In the photo I show a contraption I rigged to replace their pump with my own small pool filter and a pond in line heater..

Outstanding product especially for the money. With the exception of 'the battle of wills with the 'C' connection,' it was extremely easy setting it up. while it is recommended for two people to set it up, to avoid dragging the product and thus, damaging it ... Even with a bad back, I was able to set it up on my own without dragging it. I've only had it for a week and what a wonderful week it has been. As previously mentioned, I have neck, mid & low back pain from a 40 foot fall years ago. I've had multiple back surgeries and have gone through extensive physical therapy which has always included whirlpool therapy I could no longer afford to drive to my nearest VA Hospital 3 days a week and I couldn't afford a traditional hot tub but, God works together for those who love Him, pointing me to this option. This 'lil hot tub is powerful and the bubbles are like a thousand tiny fingers massaging every inch of your body in unison! Definitely a must have for my fellow vets!

I had surgery the day this tub came in. My 19 year old son, set it up, filled it and had it completely ready for use in 45 minutes. It took right at 24 hours to reach temp. But the instructions tell you that. The bubbles are awesome. Book tells you how to keep it clean. Just gotta buy the chemicals and your off. Absolutely LOVE THIS TUB!!!!
