Brute 22" Mulch/bag/side Discharge Rear

I had one a few years ago and it only lasted a few months

We bought this last April, before the end of summer it would not start , we took it to the service centre and they said the carburetor was clogged and said the gas was bad , well I ended up paying to fix it .Now the first mowing of the new season the blade falls off - so back to the service centre , I suppose they will blame me for this one way or another, I bought my previous lawn mover for $40 at the flea market and it worked fine for 5 years. All we did with it was the same as the old one - mow the grass and I thought I had a good lawn mower that would last years.

Just bought this mower brand new got it home wont start. Almost started once but died. after a hour of pulling the cord and a sore arm im driving back in into the store for a return. Thanks for the sore arm and the day spent wasted driving to and from the store. This automatic choke thing need some tweaking Briggsandstraton.

I purchased this in April, everything was OK. In July it would not start the throttle cable was not correctly seated. NO ONE SERVICES THESE MOWERS, Walmart will not replace after 30 days not even Briggs and Stratton dealer will do ANYTHING. On my own to fix it I replaced the cable. Worked for a little while now wont start. I am not a mechanic and I dont have time for this, my TORO mower lasted 8 years with no issues, just changed the oil. Walmart you need to get rid of this vendor its going to kill your reputation. I am now going to throw away this mower and $250 of my hard earned money. I go to Walmart for good value, I wont be buying anything but groceries from you now.

The third time I used it the transmission fell off into the blade and got chopped up. Briggs and Stratton has the repair parts on hand in Texas but they refuse to ship them to my dealer. Customer service is lousy, I don't know when they will be able to repair this mower if ever. A total waste of money. Don't buy anything made by B&S.
