Great product for good price

Only issue I have had with my Walmart purchases is that they are difficult to return if there is a problem with the product

I'm only giving it this review because it has not had a chance to be used. it is a gift for someone else and they won't be using it till summer and fall so it's impossible to do a review.

I used my blower/vac for the first time today. It was easy to put together and easy to change from blower to vac mode. I first started using it as a blower. I didn't find it to be annoyingly loud and didnt use ear protection, but if you use it often you should. It has a balanced body and easy to hold. I don't have to hold down a safety switch like with our lawn mower and weed eater. It has two speeds. After I blew the leaves into piles I switched to vacuum mode. I was most worried about this not knowing what to expect. I did not pick up any rocks at all. It simply doesn't suck hard enough for this. We have a pretty "wild" yard with uneven ground. With our yard, I really had no troubles. The vacuum worked with leaves in the long grass where the blower doesn't work. Leaves are easy to suck because they are flat and light. If I picked up little sticks I couldn't tell. The sound seemed under control by the design. It sucked up leaves well and mulched them into the bag. The bag is designed so that when it is full and you remove it, it doesn't spit the leaves or dust back at you. I filled the bag about five times quickly. Make sure you wear a dust mask and eye protection. It got very dusty because I sucked up loose dirt too. I had a mask on and I didn't cough. my only complaint is, the only way you can tell that the bag is full is that you get more dust coming at your face for some reason. I learned to feel the weight of the bag and empty it before then. The machine is not super light because there is a powerful motor in it, so after two hours my arm got really sore, but I'm not that strong anyway. Also I had a bad habit of not turning it off when the electrical cord fell out and I would set it on the ground and then plug it in. Don't do this or it will suck on the dirt on the ground. :) enjoy!

Blower works great. I use it during the winter to blow light amounts of snow off the steps and sidewalk. Starts every time regardless of the temperature!
