Boca Java Coastal Costa Rica Single Origin Whole Bean Coffee, Medium Roast, 8 oz. Bag, 100% Arabica, Roast to Order

I drink my coffee strong, 1/2 cup beans for 4 cups coffee. There is a slight acidity and pleasing full mouth feeling. Light notes of earth and chocolate. When I drink it iced I usually cut with cold, filtered water. I only use water that is reverse osmosis filtered, Texas has hard water.

This is my favorite variety of coffee. It is wonderfully smooth and complex in flavor. A truly well rounded cup of coffee. I am always trying other varieties of coffee just to experience them, but when I finish that bag, eagerly look forward to opening up a bag of Costa Rican. It just makes an absolutely pleasing and enjoyable coffee.

We all think of Costa Rica for lazy vacations, so on a weekend I like to brew my Coastal Costa Rica and as the flavor fills the room, remember that today is my little vacation even though its just Sunday on the back porch. Sorry got to go and taste my Coastal Costa Rica, mild yet flavorfull and figure out what I might do on my time off!

Seems that the coffee I received recently had been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for an extended period of time. The product was dry and missing that "WOW" aroma when first opened. When I tracked my shipment through UPS online, strange to see that "JUNE '09" appeared on my tracking info as delivery date. Hmmmmmmm.

This is an excellent blend of coffee ! While I drink a lot of coffee(several cups daily)I can't be considered an expert and/or connoisseur of coffee. I just know what I like and don't like in the tastes of coffee blends. The Coastal Porta Rica blend is most satisfying to me, and in my opinion an excellent blend.
