The Shimano TX-35 Derailleur is manufactured with superior quality by the trusted bicycle maker Shimano. It features many of the assemblies found on higher end Shimano components. The Tourney series is designed for touring and non-competition riding. This particular series bike derailleur works best on Mountain bikes. It is constructed in black and chrome and blends flawlessly with most bicycles' existing equipment. The Shimano derailleur can be easily adjusted with a B-tension adjusting screw. This TX model is designed with Smart Cage, which gives it a wide compatibility range with a shorter cage on some bike models. The Shimano TX-35 Derailleur is a six-speed shifter that has a 13-tooth tension and an 11-tooth guide pulley system. It is designed for use in the mountains and the largest cog has 34 teeth and the capacity of the chain wrap is 443 teeth.
