I recently bought a cover and received it quickly. Online ordering was quickly and efficient. Website easy to navigate. Though, the cover ended up not being exactly what we were looking for, so we had to return it. Shout out to Customer Loyalty Rep Charles Alexander. He saw the return process through from beginning to end. Went above and beyond and kept things simple. I always appreciate not complicating things that aren't complicated! This fit a 2000 f150 with the step side bed. This bed curves a bit on the side rails and the Lite Rider easily conformed and looks great. I did secure the rails at the tailgate with a couple of sheet metal screws to stabilize it so it fit securely to the gate. Rolls up easily, works as stated. Installed it alone in about 35 minutes, but as usual an extra pair of hands would help. Good product!

I found the cover to be relatively easy to install, it looks great, and appears to function to my expectations. I have had other Tonneau covers from your business that have held up for years and my expectation is that I will have years of satisfaction forthcoming with this cover. It's a very nice cover and I like it a lot. It was easy to even in 100 deg. weather. This the third Access cover I've had. The last on was on my truck for 13 years out side in the sun,snow and some very large hail. It only started show its age when a lot of 2 1/2 ' hail fell last summer. The delivery time was excellent and when I called before I ordered the the person I talked to was most helpful.

Installation was extremely easy.Customer service was exceptional.I had a lot of questions buying sight unseen,on=line.The customer service department truly went the extra mile for me.Price was good,shipping good,product everything I had imagined.Our 2003 F150 has a great finished look that others comment on frequently.
