Access Vanish 08-09 Titan King Cab 8ft 2in Bed (Clamps On w/ or w/o Utili-Track) Roll-Up Cover Fits select: 2008-2009 NISSAN TITAN

I love this cover. It is the second time I've purchased one. It is the lowest profile roll up cover I have been able to find. My only complaint is the cover is almost too wide for my bed. In order to get it tight enough, I'm pulling both sides out beyond where the velcro lines up. So only about 1/2 of the velcro is engaged on both sides. I wish it was 1/2" narrower. Someone should pass that along to the company that produces them. Other than that, it's perfect.

Tonneau cover was received with a bolt hole of one the the side rails miss-drilled preventing assembly with the bulkhead rail. After holding online for 35 minutes I finally reached an advisor who said a warranty ticket would be opened and asked to attach photos which I did. After two days of waiting I called again and was placed in hold for 18 minutes. The gentlemen who assisted me said another case worker needed to be assigned. When asked about the timing I was not provided a response because it was their “busy season”. When asked how long these request takes I was advised it could take up to two weeks. Three more days passed without a response. I decided to call the direct line of my original case worker which yielded no response. I used the non-helpful warranty portal to open another ticket and noticed my original had been closed. 10 more day's passed without a response. I opened another ticket as we'll as reopen my original. Several other days passed and finally a third person called me to tell me that replacement rail has been shipped directly from the manufacturer. In total this process took almost a full month to resolve, three warranty tickets, two phone calls totaling 53 minutes of hold time and three employees all who could not provide me a status or timing to my resolution. Online reviews have indicated this is an constant issue. Fortunately the tonneau cover works well and am happy with its looks and performance.

Purchased the vanish cover to go on my 2013 Ram. Installed in about an hour very good tight fit. Went through a tropical depression which dumped 22 inches of rain for the month. Totally dry no leaks and no ponding, very happy with the purchase. Customer service is top notch. Excellent purchase for the price will buy another one when time to replace. 5 stars

Great cover. My only issue was with the installation instructions. There was a "install supplement" sheet with the cover and instructions which I think could have been clearer. Perhaps put a you-tube video with the install for the 2016 Tacoma out showing the tie down brackets which made it necessary to loosen the install brackets after the install to get the tie-dows back on.

As described, this cover is without doubt LOW-PRO. Assembled in less than 10 minutes and looks like it came from the factory. Very rugged but pliable cover, everything about it, including the clamps, seems state of the art. No more wind resistance, I can feel the savings on fuel already. The most functional, money saving and cosmetic add-on to my truck to date. Almost got the original roll up and now I know I made the right decision. Quality product made here in the good ol US of A.
