I've had this unit for 5 months and it only worked for the first month or two. I've been in contact with the support team but we have yet to find a solution that has worked. I've factory reset the unit, I've changed my wifi password at least twice, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and installed the app on my son's phone but still not works. It wouldn't pair, today, however, it gotten worst, it would even connect to the unit's hotspot. At this point I'm not sure what else I can do, it looks like I've wasted time and money on this unit and am regretting not using another brand. It literally worked up until the return period ended, it would be funny but I'm too upset to laugh.
