Do not order this if you get frustrated easily. When building mine, none of the pieces fit together, I don't know if the holes were to small or what, but I was on the verge of braking it several times. Much frustration later, it was finally built and looks all right, but just be warned.

I purchased this as a make shift dresser for small objects; such as socks. The holes the bars go into during set up were not aligned properly and kept trying to warp the bars when placed into it, so I had to make shift rods to replace them. The containers are pretty flimsy until completely filled with objects. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the "lids". They do not actually connect to the bins AT ALL! Everytime you try to slide out the drawer or reach inside, the "lids" tend to fall behind. I have given up using them. All in all, it's cheap, but I don't know if it was worth all the hassle.

The delivery of this item took long putting it together was very difficult. Instruction were not good and the actual product frame are a bunch of plastic rods and not very sturdy. I have not decided if I am going to keep it but I am disappointed so far. Oh yes almost forgot missing a drawer insert will call customer service phone number for manufacture included in instruction booklet and see how long that process will take.

I have only had this for 2 weeks, so still have not truly given it the stability and durability test. it looks great on my window seat. I am using it to keep all the papers and doo-dads hidden off the counters. so far, it seems to be working well. I don't like that the corner connecters are made of plastic, but hoping it will not be a problem.

I'm not the strongest person out there, but somehow I managed to crack one of the plastic pieces that holds the thing together. But even if I hadn't cracked one of the pieces, it would still not be as nice as it looks in the photo; it's very crooked, and I'm always worried about finally breaking it even though I've only had it for a week or 2. I wouldn't really recommend this product to anyone.
