[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for my son who is an athlete on a keto diet. The first time he used it, he said he could hardly get it down. He followed the directions to add a heaping scoop to water and tried it with both warm and cold water. He said it tasted like chalk. But, he said it definitely gave him energy. So he tried it again the next day, this time adding some artificial sweetener to it. He said it still wasn't great, but a lot better than the day before. The directions do say you can add this to almond milk, coffee, or tea, but he does not drink any of those.

However, I can say that it tastes great mixed with almond milk. It has a pleasant, mild coconut flavor. It mixed well and didn't feel chalky at all. I'm happy I gave this a try and would recommend this to anyone looking to add the benefits of collagen and MCTs to their diet.

This collagen does not affect the taste or texture of anything I have added it to and that is a huge bonus in my opinion. This keto collagen in my morning coffee and was curious how it would taste but surprisingly it tastes amazing Im so much more energetic I will continue to keep doing this to get healthier
