Such a nice size for your car. Not too big or little-it gets the job done! Can't tell you how many files end up bent or broken in the car compartment stash. The yellow color helps me find it w/o much light too. Tweezerman makes so many files with covers that are nice too. You don't think about bacteria and germs necessarily when your thinking nail files, but Oh, can they get disgusting?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Each day I felt more fatigue after 5 days of keto fire, bone broth, collagen pepcides & super greens, I knew that kept fire was the problem. As soon as I stopped I felt like myself.

I have tried other exogenous ketones brands which seem to help body get back into ketosis faster. Since ancient nutrition came highly recommended at nutrition store I gave it a whirl. Now I know why they still have the two bottles on the shelf.

I'm down to 1/4th of Keto Fire non caffeinated and when I tested for ketosis using a strip it showed zero ketones in my urine. I do drink a lot of water, so I don't know if that's why. It does seem to decrease my appetite some. I mostly eat salmon and salad, so I don't ingest a lot of carbs, and I often use mct oil as well. Not sure I'm going to continue to invest in this product, as I'm not seeing the results I desire.

My purpose is a little different with this supplement. It includes ingredients that are beneficial. I use them to keep me in my maintenance and assists me in not going overboard. In an aging research those components resulted in a positive process.
