Apple iPod shuffle - 2nd generation - digital player - 1 GB - green

Sure a bigger ipod has more features, but I was looking for something that would be easy for working out at the gym. it is small, and clips securely to clothing. Hassle free.

My 3 boys each got one. They are so easy to use, they love them.

I bought this for my 10 year old. As an owner of a nano and a classic I am a huge fan of iPods. If you're looking for a simple, easy to use mp3 this is the one for you. You could find cheaper players, but you will find that Apple is superior in programing as well as hardware quality.

Great for those that just want to listen to music while they workout. Bought originally because i didn't want to wear a armband anymore. It has been great to just clip and go. Only bummer for me is I have to buy separate head phone, earbuds kept falling out. However, the shuffle to me is well worth the price. In fact my car was broken into and my shuffle was taken. Now the only challenge for me is to decide which color to choose next.-Happy Workouts!

I really like my ipod because I do not have to listen to any commercials like when I listen to the radio & it is so very much smaller than my CD player & it clips on to anything like my shirt and I won't drop & break it. It is perfect & I love it.
