I love the look and convenience this provides, however once you start to use it and need to clean it... you're out of luck! And there are no extras to purchase(extra pads/covers would be great for the bassinet). A baby product that can't be fully washed isn't so wonderful.
From the changing station to the bassinet to the raised bed to the play pin, and the diaper and necessities compartments, I loved it all! Used it 2 years in a row for 2 of my babies born exactly one year and 2 days apart! Still looks brand new, extremely easy clean up! And just as sturdy as the day I put it together. Excellent buy!
Absolutely love this item!!! bassinet was great while my son was a newborn but soon grew out of it, the changing pad very handy. the vibrator and music toy that clips on is pretty good too.. obviously if you use it a lot your gonna go through a lot of batteries. But still amazing item. The only down fall but not a deal breaker is the trifold mat. If it gets wet it soaks up. I would definitely buy a mat protector, I should have. baby bottle leaked in the middle of the night and soaked his little mat and you cannot machine wash... so now I'm looking for replacement mat... but overall I love this. very versatile and was used everyday.
We got this thing at our baby shower. It was a great buy, we loved how the changing table could just be flipped over out the way instead of needing to remove it. Never used the removal bassinet, but it looks cute and soft. First, setting it up is difficult, along with breaking it down. I almost flung it across the room in frustration several times. Second, the carrying bag is suppose to have a handle on it, but that's on the base mat, and it's impossible to put the bed inside that piece. Third and final, the base mat cover and the changing table cover are not removable. Can you imagine all the accidents that have hit this thing. No way to remove it and wash it. That's really what's making it score negative points with me and caused me to order a new one.
This play yard is awesome. I got it when my child was older and wish I had it since he was born. The changing pad is very sturdy and I like how it folds down. The only bad thing is that the white of the fabric is very hard to clean but getting a different color would solve that issue, I just use a fitted sheet.
