Bought this and as soon as I tried to attach the back the "clips" bent and crushed and would not lock into place

I bought this earlier today as my 3yr old is getting too big for hers… it was fairly easy to put together, the style and design are nice; however the pictagrams on the car seat don't match the the explained actions in the user manual installation guide!! I ended up skimming over the manual and installing it, the install is pretty easy if you have common sense. The only thing that bothers me is the height of the back support… My daughter weighs 32-34 lbs however she is very short compared to her peers (as am I and her father) and she is not tall enough for her head to fit in the head space, not only am I worried, but also disappointed that you can only adjust the head support higher when unboxing from it's default position. there is six settings in which you can adjust the head support rest to going up or down, but you cannot lower it more than where the pre-set default adjustment is..

Fits great

Very hard to install with lower anchors or seat belt. Also my son complains about his bottom hurting with in 30 minutes.

We just bought this car seat and it's going right back. Absolutely awful to install and even after watching an installation video, the side to side movement from the shoulders and head area is completely unsafe. This car seat was poorly designed and appears as if their testing was minimal on different car manufacturers. I have had many car seat over the years but 10/10 would not put my child in this seat.
