Descriptions: This board is amazing! I absolutely love it because it makes me sweat within just 5 minutes of using it. Perfect for a lazy person like me who is so reluctant to work out. The beginner workout is easy to grasp and just the right length of time. There are several levels of workouts you can do as well. I can have a full workout without the expense of a gym or clunky equipment taking up space. When I am not using the board, I keep it under my bed. I purchased this in store and have owned it for a week using it daily about 15-20 minutes each time. I love it, I can feel the twisting and my body tightening up, it is a full body workout. It took me a few times to get the hang of it but so easy to do. There is actually a lot more you can do with it than just twisting. A DVD comes with it and has different workouts. Would buy again. I've used this board for the last couple of days. After use my core and legs are sore. The board comes with a DVD that has a lot of different exercises but I haven't done them yet since I'm discovering my balance still. Even if this product just tones up my core I'll be happy.
