They work very well, the only detail is that the noise cancellation does not cancel the high pitched sounds. So it is annoying when you want to disconnect from the world.

This is the second pair of Beats headphones my husband has purchased in which one of the earbuds does not work. This set had one earbud that did not work straight out of the box. With his previous set (different earbud style, but still Beats brand), he repeatedly had problems with either the charging case or the earbud. Also, it is annoying that it doesn't come with a charging cable - not surprising since it is an Apple product. We will no longer purchase Beats products.

they are pretty. the case is very slick, and it is slippery to hold when connecting. not a deal breaker... but they wont connect to my phone, and when i do get them connected they disconnect quickly. have yet to have heard any sound come through. even though my phone shows it is working, and no noise...

This was a great purchase. I was on my second pair of AirPods and refused to buy another. they were compatible and easy to use. I like the new option when you double tap it'll click instead of hanging up the call worked really well with my iPhone. I found cute cases on Amazon.
